Ralts

Ralts (Pokédex #0280) is a Psychic/Fairy-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 3. It is officially classified as the Feeling Pokémon. RALTS senses the emotions of people using the horns on its head. This POKéMON rarely appears before people. But when it does, it draws closer if it senses that the person has a positive disposition.

As a Psychic/Fairy-type POKEMON, Ralts has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Poison, Ghost, Steel moves. Conversely, Ralts is completely immune to Dragon — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Psychic moves, taking only half damage from them.

Ralts's battle stats: Base Stat Total of 198 (moderate). Full distribution: HP 28 · ATK 25 · DEF 25 · SP.ATK 45 · SP.DEF 35 · SPD 40. Its standout stat is SP.ATK (45), which makes it best suited for special offense roles. Its abilities are Synchronize, Trace, Telepathy, with Telepathy as its hidden ability.

Ralts stands 0.4 m (16") tall and weighs 6.6 kg (14.6 lbs). It is typically found in Urban environments. Capture rate: 235/255 (very easy to catch). Growth rate: Slow. Egg groups: Humanshape, Indeterminate.

Ralts is part of the Ralts → Kirlia → Gardevoir → Gallade evolution line (4-stage). Ralts is the base form and can evolve into Kirlia via Level 20.
