Metagross (Pokédex #0376) is a Steel/Psychic-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 3. It is officially classified as the Iron Leg Pokémon. METAGROSS has four brains in total. Combined, the four brains can breeze through difficult calculations faster than a supercomputer. This POKéMON can float in the air by tucking in its four legs.
As a Steel/Psychic-type POKEMON, Metagross has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fire, Ground, Ghost, Dark moves. Conversely, Metagross is completely immune to Poison — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Normal, Grass, Ice, Flying, Rock, Dragon, Steel, Fairy moves, taking only half damage from them.
