Malamar

Malamar (Pokédex #0687) is a Dark/Psychic-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 6. It is officially classified as the Overturning Pokémon. It wields the most compelling hypnotic powers of any Pokémon, and it forces others to do whatever it wants.

As a Dark/Psychic-type POKEMON, Malamar has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Bug — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Fairy moves. Conversely, Malamar is completely immune to Psychic — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power.
