Magnemite (Pokédex #0081) is a Electric/Steel-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 1. It is officially classified as the Magnet Pokémon. Uses anti-gravity to stay suspended. Appears without warning and uses THUNDER WAVE and similar moves.
As a Electric/Steel-type POKEMON, Magnemite has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for.
