Chansey (Pokédex #0113) is a Normal-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 1. It is officially classified as the Egg Pokémon. A rare and elusive POKéMON that is said to bring happiness to those who manage to get it.

As a Normal-type POKEMON, Chansey has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fighting moves. Conversely, Chansey is completely immune to Ghost — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power.

Its standout stat is HP (250), which makes it best suited for bulk and endurance roles. Its abilities are Natural cure, Serene grace, Healer, with Healer as its hidden ability.
