Rhydon

Rhydon (Pokédex #0112) is a Ground/Rock-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 1. It is officially classified as the Drill Pokémon. Protected by an armor-like hide, it is capable of living in molten lava of 3,600 degrees.

As a Ground/Rock-type POKEMON, Rhydon has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Water and Grass — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Ice, Fighting, Ground, Steel moves. Conversely, Rhydon is completely immune to Electric — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Normal, Fire, Flying, Rock moves, taking only half damage from them.
