Flapple

Flapple (Pokédex #0841) is a Grass/Dragon-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 8. It is officially classified as the Apple Wing Pokémon. It ate a sour apple, and that induced its evolution. In its cheeks, it stores an acid capable of causing chemical burns.

As a Grass/Dragon-type POKEMON, Flapple has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Ice — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Poison, Flying, Bug, Dragon, Fairy moves. It resists Ground moves, taking only half damage from them.

Flapple's battle stats: Base Stat Total of 485 (solid). Full distribution: HP 70 · ATK 110 · DEF 80 · SP.ATK 95 · SP.DEF 60 · SPD 70. Its standout stat is ATK (110), which makes it best suited for physical offense roles. Its abilities are Ripen, Gluttony, Hustle, with Hustle as its hidden ability.

Flapple stands 0.3 m (12") tall and weighs 1.0 kg (2.2 lbs). Capture rate: 45/255 (difficult to catch). Use Ultra Balls with a status condition (Sleep or Paralysis) for the best results. Growth rate: Slow Then Very Fast. Egg groups: Plant, Dragon.
