Vullaby

Vullaby (Pokédex #0629) is a Dark/Flying-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 5. It is officially classified as the Diapered Pokémon. Their wings are too tiny to allow them to fly. They guard their posteriors with bones that were gathered by Mandibuzz.

As a Dark/Flying-type POKEMON, Vullaby has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Electric, Ice, Rock, Fairy moves. Conversely, Vullaby is completely immune to Ground and Psychic — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Grass, Ghost, Dark moves, taking only half damage from them.

Vullaby's battle stats: Base Stat Total of 370 (moderate). Full distribution: HP 70 · ATK 55 · DEF 75 · SP.ATK 45 · SP.DEF 65 · SPD 60. Its standout stat is DEF (75), which makes it best suited for physical defense roles. Its abilities are Big pecks, Overcoat, Weak armor, with Weak armor as its hidden ability.

Vullaby is part of the Vullaby → Mandibuzz evolution line (2-stage). Vullaby is the base form and can evolve into Mandibuzz via Level 54.
