Shroomish (Pokédex #0285) is a Grass-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 3. It is officially classified as the Mushroom Pokémon. SHROOMISH live in damp soil in the dark depths of forests. They are often found keeping still under fallen leaves. This POKéMON feeds on compost that is made up of fallen, rotted leaves.
As a Grass-type POKEMON, Shroomish has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, Bug moves. It resists Water, Electric, Grass, Ground moves, taking only half damage from them.
