Patrat (Pokédex #0504) is a Normal-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 5. It is officially classified as the Scout Pokémon. Using food stored in cheek pouches, they can keep watch for days. They use their tails to communicate with others.

As a Normal-type POKEMON, Patrat has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fighting moves. Conversely, Patrat is completely immune to Ghost — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power.
