Noibat

Noibat (Pokédex #0714) is a Flying/Dragon-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 6. It is officially classified as the Sound Wave Pokémon. They live in pitch-black caves. Their enormous ears can emit ultrasonic waves of 200,000 hertz.

As a Flying/Dragon-type POKEMON, Noibat has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Ice — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Rock, Dragon, Fairy moves. Conversely, Noibat is completely immune to Ground — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Fire, Water, Fighting, Bug moves, taking only half damage from them.

Noibat is part of the Noibat → Noivern evolution line (2-stage). Noibat is the base form and can evolve into Noivern via Level 48.
