Honedge

Honedge (Pokédex #0679) is a Steel/Ghost-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 6. It is officially classified as the Sword Pokémon. Apparently this Pokémon is born when a departed spirit inhabits a sword. It attaches itself to people and drinks their life force.

As a Steel/Ghost-type POKEMON, Honedge has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fire, Ground, Ghost, Dark moves. Conversely, Honedge is completely immune to Normal and Fighting and Poison — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Grass, Ice, Flying, Psychic, Rock, Dragon, Steel, Fairy moves, taking only half damage from them.

Honedge is part of the Honedge → Doublade → Aegislash evolution line (3-stage). Honedge is the base form and can evolve into Doublade via Level 35.
