Honchkrow (Pokédex #0430) is a Dark/Flying-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 4. It is officially classified as the Big Boss Pokémon. Becoming active at night, it is known to swarm with numerous MURKROW in tow.
As a Dark/Flying-type POKEMON, Honchkrow has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Electric, Ice, Rock, Fairy moves. Conversely, Honchkrow is completely immune to Ground and Psychic — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Grass, Ghost, Dark moves, taking only half damage from them.
