Finizen

Finizen (Pokédex #0963) is a Water-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 9. It is officially classified as the Dolphin Pokémon. It likes playing with others of its kind using the water ring on its tail. It uses ultrasonic waves to sense the emotions of other living creatures.

As a Water-type POKEMON, Finizen has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Electric, Grass moves. It resists Fire, Water, Ice, Steel moves, taking only half damage from them.
