Dottler (Pokédex #0825) is a Bug/Psychic-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 8. It is officially classified as the Radome Pokémon. It barely moves, but it’s still alive. Hiding in its shell without food or water seems to have awakened its psychic powers.

As a Bug/Psychic-type POKEMON, Dottler has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fire, Flying, Bug, Rock, Ghost, Dark moves. It resists Grass, Ground, Psychic moves, taking only half damage from them.
