Bonsly (Pokédex #0438) is a Rock-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 4. It is officially classified as the Bonsai Pokémon. It looks as if it is always crying. It is actually adjusting its body’s fluid levels by eliminating excess.

As a Rock-type POKEMON, Bonsly has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground, Steel moves. It resists Normal, Fire, Poison, Flying moves, taking only half damage from them.
