Bayleef (Pokédex #0153) is a Grass-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 2. It is officially classified as the Leaf Pokémon. The scent of spices comes from around its neck. Somehow, sniffing it makes you want to fight.

As a Grass-type POKEMON, Bayleef has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, Bug moves. It resists Water, Electric, Grass, Ground moves, taking only half damage from them.
