As a Rock/Ice-type POKEMON, Aurorus has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Fighting and Steel — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Water, Grass, Ground, Rock moves.
