Blissey (Pokédex #0242) is a Normal-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 2. It is officially classified as the Happiness Pokémon. Anyone who takes even one bite of BLISSEY's egg be­ comes unfailingly caring and pleas­ ant to everyone.

As a Normal-type POKEMON, Blissey has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fighting moves. Conversely, Blissey is completely immune to Ghost — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power.
