Absol

Absol (Pokédex #0359) is a Dark-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 3. It is officially classified as the Disaster Pokémon. Every time ABSOL appears before people, it is followed by a disaster such as an earthquake or a tidal wave. As a result, it came to be known as the disaster POKéMON.

As a Dark-type POKEMON, Absol has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Fighting, Bug, Fairy moves. Conversely, Absol is completely immune to Psychic — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Ghost, Dark moves, taking only half damage from them.
