Blacephalon (Pokédex #0806) is a Fire/Ghost-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 7. It is officially classified as the Fireworks Pokémon. It slithers toward people. Then, without warning, it triggers the explosion of its own head. It’s apparently one kind of Ultra Beast.

As a Fire/Ghost-type POKEMON, Blacephalon has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Water, Ground, Rock, Ghost, Dark moves. Conversely, Blacephalon is completely immune to Normal and Fighting — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Fire, Grass, Ice, Poison, Steel, Fairy moves, taking only half damage from them.
