Machoke (Pokédex #0067) is a Fighting-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 1. It is officially classified as the Superpower Pokémon. Its muscular body is so powerful, it must wear a power save belt to be able to regulate its motions.

As a Fighting-type POKEMON, Machoke has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Flying, Psychic, Fairy moves. It resists Bug, Rock, Dark moves, taking only half damage from them.
