Abra (Pokédex #0063) is a Psychic-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 1. It is officially classified as the Psi Pokémon. Using its ability to read minds, it will identify impending danger and TELEPORT to safety.

As a Psychic-type POKEMON, Abra has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Bug, Ghost, Dark moves. It resists Fighting, Psychic moves, taking only half damage from them.
