Krookodile (Pokédex #0553) is a Ground/Dark-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 5. It is officially classified as the Intimidation Pokémon. They never allow prey to escape. Their jaws are so powerful, they can crush the body of an automobile.
As a Ground/Dark-type POKEMON, Krookodile has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Water, Grass, Ice, Fighting, Bug, Fairy moves. Conversely, Krookodile is completely immune to Electric and Psychic — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Poison, Rock, Ghost, Dark moves, taking only half damage from them.
