Mantyke

Mantyke (Pokédex #0458) is a Water/Flying-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 4. It is officially classified as the Kite Pokémon. A friendly Pokémon that captures the subtle flows of seawater using its two antennae.

As a Water/Flying-type POKEMON, Mantyke has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Electric — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Rock moves. Conversely, Mantyke is completely immune to Ground — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Fire, Water, Fighting, Bug, Steel moves, taking only half damage from them.
