Altaria

Altaria (Pokédex #0334) is a Dragon/Flying-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 3. It is officially classified as the Humming Pokémon. ALTARIA dances and wheels through the sky among billowing, cotton-like clouds. By singing melodies in its crystal-clear voice, this POKéMON makes its listeners experience dreamy wonderment.

As a Dragon/Flying-type POKEMON, Altaria has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Ice — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Rock, Dragon, Fairy moves. Conversely, Altaria is completely immune to Ground — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power. It resists Fire, Water, Fighting, Bug moves, taking only half damage from them.
