Cacturne (Pokédex #0332) is a Grass/Dark-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 3. It is officially classified as the Scarecrow Pokémon. During the daytime, CACTURNE remains unmoving so that it does not lose any moisture to the harsh desert sun. This POKéMON becomes active at night when the temperature drops.
As a Grass/Dark-type POKEMON, Cacturne has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It has a 4× weakness to Bug — these moves deal quadruple damage and should always be avoided in battle. It takes double damage from Fire, Ice, Fighting, Poison, Flying, Fairy moves. Conversely, Cacturne is completely immune to Psychic — these moves deal zero damage regardless of power.
