Mew

Mew (Pokédex #0151) is a Psychic-type POKEMON first introduced in Generation 1. It is officially classified as the New Species Pokémon. So rare that it is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen it worldwide.

As a Psychic-type POKEMON, Mew has a specific set of type matchups that trainers must account for. It takes double damage from Bug, Ghost, Dark moves. It resists Fighting, Psychic moves, taking only half damage from them.

Use Ultra Balls with a status condition (Sleep or Paralysis) for the best results. Growth rate: Medium Slow. Egg groups: No Eggs. Mew is a Mythical POKEMON — typically only available through special event distributions.
